Privacy & Use of Data
360° Brand Reach collects and utilizes submitted information (User Content) solely for the purpose of delivering services. This may include contact details, images, design files, and billing information. Communication with clients may be conducted through the contact methods provided.
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.
By submitting files, photos, graphics, or other data to 360° Brand Reach, you grant us the right to use this content in connection with our services and for promotional purposes across our website, printed materials, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). We do not disclose client names or physical addresses in public marketing. You confirm that the material submitted is original, lawfully obtained, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for shared content.
360° Brand Reach will not be held liable for any infringement claims resulting from content submitted by you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360° Brand Reach, its owners, contractors, and employees from any related losses, claims, or expenses, including attorney fees.
Revisions
Clients are eligible for complimentary revisions within 6 months of the original project delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe may be treated as a new project and billed accordingly. Revisions falling outside the scope of complimentary updates may be subject to additional fees.

Refunds Policy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting content. 360° Brand Reach does not issue refunds once design work has started or been delivered. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, a processing fee of 3% or a minimum of $30 will be deducted.
Intellectual Property & Site Use
All content on the 360° Brand Reach website—including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and code—is the intellectual property of 360° Brand Reach and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express written consent.
The website and its services must not be used for unlawful purposes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our content or services.
360° Brand Reach reserves the right to decline services or communication at our discretion. Any content submitted by users (reviews, comments, testimonials, etc.) may be used for marketing purposes. By submitting such content, you confirm it is non-confidential, accurate, and free of rights infringement.
Payment & Pricing
Payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Prices listed are base rates and may increase depending on service complexity, add-ons, or revisions. All information submitted during checkout, including credit card details, must be accurate.
We reserve the right to correct any errors related to pricing, specifications, or descriptions. Availability of services and accuracy of listed content cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Modifications & Governing Law
These Terms + Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services or website after updates constitutes agreement with the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
